| Commercial Modular Permit Application | To be used for modular structures labeled for commercial use. This includes sales offices, classrooms, etc. |

| Change of Tenant / Occupancy Permit Application | To be issued when a tenant change occurs in a commercial structure. |
| Demolition Permit Application | Required when a structure is completely razed to the ground and utilities are permanently disconnected. |
| Trades Permit Application | To be used for new install, upgrades, decks, re-roofs, and service change. For use with electrical, mechanical and plumbing trades. |
| Erosion and Sedimentation Control Application | Required to be submitted any time a land-disturbing activity takes place on a single-lot disturbance of less than one acre. |
