Important Park Closure Update-
Rescue Squad Park Saturday Feb. 20th
The Rescue Squad Park in Denver will be closed on Saturday Feb. 20th until 3 p.m. as the park will be used as part of the vaccination clinic being hosted by the Lincoln County Health Department. During this closure we ask that residents avoid driving down Galway Lane towards the park, as this route will only be available to people visiting the vaccination clinic.

Parks and Recreation COVID-19 Updates
Lincoln County Parks and Recreation is now entering our reopening plans for our recreation and park facilities. Please visit this site and our Lincoln County Parks and Recreation Facebook page for updates regarding our facilities and programs.
We encourage Lincoln County residents to make use of our parks and trails and continue to follow local, state and national guidelines for social distancing and avoiding group gatherings. We encourage playground visitors to continue following social distancing guidelines, avoiding crowded areas and washing/sanitizing hands after visiting.

We encourage all our park visitors to follow information provided by the CDC and the Lincoln County Health Department regarding potential risk. Please follow social distancing guidelines when visiting the parks and remember that group gatherings are not permitted at this time.

Park Shelter Reservation Update
We are currently taking reservations for our park shelters. At this time we are not scheduling any reservations for our indoor facilities or community centers.
If you would like to make a shelter reservation please contact our Lincolnton office at 704-748-1518. All reservation payments and paperwork must be turned in at our Lincolnton office or by mail. Half day shelter reservations are $50 and from 10 a.m. until 2 p.m. or from 3 p.m. until 7 p.m. Full day reservations are $100 and from 10 a.m. until 7 p.m.
This includes shelter reservations for West Lincoln Park, Beatty's Ford Park, Rock Springs Nature Preserve, and Rescue Squad Park. Please contact our Parks and Recreation office at 704-748-1518 to book your reservation or download the reservation forms here on our Parks and Recreation page.
