Register of Deeds Office Building

Certified copies of marriage licenses for marriages occurring in Lincoln County prior to October 1, 2001, and for licenses issued in Lincoln County after October 1, 2001, can be obtained, Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00 am and 5:00 pm, from the Lincoln County Register of Deeds Office. The office is located on the second floor of the former Bank of America Building located at 105-A East Court Square, Lincolnton, NC 28092. For more information, call 704-736-8530.
