Case Management
Case Management is a legally mandated program that plays an important role in the Scope of Child Protective Services. It is the portion of child protective services that works to prevent the future abuse, neglect or dependency of a child.

The purpose of Case Management Services is to monitor the safety of children in their own homes and to assist the parents in changing their harmful behaviors that put children at risk.

The ultimate goal of Case Management is to assist the parents in providing a safe, nurturing home environment for the children.

Protective Services Intake
