RULES and POLICIES
Mosquito Control Rules
- (2 pages - 17 kb Effective 2/1/2002) The
intent of these regulations is to control and reduce the mosquito
population of Lincoln County by removing, draining, treating, altering, or
otherwise eliminating all breeding sources for mosquitoes.

Permit Renewal and
Transfer Policy (1 page - 12 kb Effective 8/6/2004) The intent
of this policy is to allow the applicant to extend the length of the
permit without having to pay additional fees. (Adobe Acrobat Reader is required.)
Well Rules (40 pages - 173 kb Effective 7/1/2007) In
order to insure reasonable protection of the groundwater resources and
consistent with the responsibility to protect and advance the public
health, it is declared to be the policy of the Lincoln County Board of
Health to require that the
location, construction, repair and abandonment of private drinking water
wells
conform to such reasonable standards and requirements as may be necessary
to
protect the public health and groundwater resources.
