Lincoln County is one of the fastest growing Counties in the Piedmont Region of North Carolina. As our population grows and our call volume increases, our organization consistently expands to ensure that we are providing services that meet or exceed National Standards.

We are seeking career minded professionals who provide excellent patient care and outstanding customer service. If you are seeking a challenging and rewarding career with a Premiere Service and believe you possess "the right stuff", please take a look at what we have to offer.

Our Service works a typical 36/48 hour week schedule, 12 hour shifts, straight days (0700-1900)  or straight nights (1900-0700) and there are NO shift rotations! The 36/48 schedule allows every employee to enjoy a three day weekend (Friday, Saturday and Sunday) every other week!

Our payroll is calculated using a straight pay plan. Employees are paid  at the time-and-one-half (1.5) rate for every hour worked in excess of 40 hours per weekNo fluctuating work week, no formulas and no Chinese Overtime.
