In addition, there are five reserve ambulances, a fully equipped disaster response vehicle, a specialized golf cart and a fully equipped Bike Team.

Every ambulance in our fleet is readily available for immediate response as an Advanced Life Support Unit and all apparatus are certified by the North Carolina Office of Emergency Medical Services.

LCEMS Dodge Durango  Quick Response Vehicles (QRV) are fully equipped and are certified at  the paramedic level  by the North Carolina Office of Emergency Medical Service.

The Disaster Response vehicle carries ample supplies for response to a Multiple Casualty Incident and is ready for an immediate response.

The Bike Team is deployed during special events such as the Apple Festival, Hog Happening and the Christmas Parade.
