RECREATION

Lincolnton Comprehensive Parks and Recreation Master Plan

The need by both the City of Lincolnton and Lincoln County for a long-range strategic guide for the parks and recreation systems prompted the initiation of this Lincolnton-Lincoln County Comprehensive Parks and Recreation Master Plan. Although the City and the County have separate parks and recreation commissions, this study was commissioned jointly, with each sharing in cost based on population.
