While every effort has been made to provide a useable and informative
system, we recognize that it will need to grow to better suit the
requirements of our citizens. Since one of the goals of this
system is to provide similar functionality as provided at County
facilities currently, your input is important to the success of this

Listed Below you will find the current status of each of Lincoln
County's Internet based public information systems. Any items listed
in red may show a status of unavailable. The approximate duration of
down periods will be listed when applicable. System maintenance is
scheduled for times which minimize inconvenience to our users when
possible.

Be sure to read and install the plug-ins discussed below in the
Required Browser Plug-Ins section of this page before you
try to access this system for the first time.

Certain features of this web site such as map creation can take
some time to draw to your screen, especially with a dial-up connection,
so please be patient. Performance can be enhanced dramatically by
utilizing one of the many high-bandwidth internet solutions offered in
Lincoln County via telephone company or cable providers. Check with your
local telephone service or cable provider for availability.

General
System Availability & Maintenance
Regularly scheduled availability for Lincoln County Government Public
Information Systems is Monday through Saturday 7 AM to 7 PM. Scheduled
system maintenance is occasionally required on some weekends and nights.
The data is generally refreshed once a week on Sunday.
Register of Deeds Grantor and Grantee Index Information includes all
documents recorded as of 5:00 PM,
Friday, October 3rd, 2008.

Recommended Screen
Resolution
This web site is best viewed at 1024 by
768 pixel resolution or better. Please consult your operating system for

We recommend Microsoft Internet Explorer Version 5.5 Service Pack
2 or higher or Netscape Version 4 or higher. While our public access
systems may work on older browser versions, some features may not be
available or may not perform as designed in the older versions.

To use the Tax Administration and Register of Deeds Land Records
inquiry systems, a Seagull Software Systems Java Applet will need to be
downloaded at no cost from the County's web site. The first time you
access the system, you will be prompted to install this plug-in.
Be sure to answer YES to install when asked to do so.
This will only need to be done once and depending on your internet
connection may take a few minutes, so please be patient.
Also, a plug-in image viewer is also required to display the Land
Records Document Images. Click the link to the
AlternaTIFF viewer and follow the instructions at the web site
to install. Other .TIF viewer may also work, but have not been
thoroughly tested.

When printing Property Record Cards or
Tax Status Reports, be sure your printer is set to Landscape mode for
best results.
