We are located on the first floor of the three story building at 100 East Main Street in downtown Lincolnton, North Carolina.

Our office hours are 8:00AM until 5:00PM Monday through Friday (except holidays).

 

The Lincoln County Mapping/GIS Division maintains the county's 364 parcel base maps, transferring ownership and dividing properties by deed and other recorded documents. This department also maintains other map information such as zoning and election districts.

The Mapping/GIS Division also operates as a geographic data service division for Lincoln County, providing digital mapping products, data collection capability and both data and system support to a variety of departments within the county. The division maintains numerous digital data layers including parcels, zoning, aerial photography, street centerline and many others, providing public access to property information in the office and online. Hardcopy mapping products are also available upon request. Please call for pricing and availability.
