will be received by the Board of County Commissioners of Lincoln County,
North Carolina, in the Finance Office, James W. Warren Citizens Center, 115
West Main Street, Third Floor, Lincolnton, North Carolina, until 2:00 P.M.
on September 10, 2008, at which time they will be publicly opened and read
for the following equipment:
