A five-member Board of Supervisors governs the Lincoln
Soil & Water Conservation District. Three are elected in the general
election; two are appointed by the NC Soil & Water Conservation
Commission. They serve four year terms and do not receive a salary. The Board
meets on the second Tuesday in each month at 5:00 PM at the James Warren
Citizens Center (except for January, March, August, October).
