Property Tax Notices for the January 2019 Revaluation will be mailed on Friday, February 15, 2019

If you have questions or concerns, please call 704-736-8670. There is a 30 day window to appeal informally. You may appeal by mail using the enclosed form or by calling the office to schedule an appointment.

After the informal appeals are completed, taxpayers have 30 days to file a formal appeal to the Board of Equalization and Review. Once the dates are set, the board will hear scheduled appointments for taxpayers that filed a timely appeal.
