The JCPC announces the anticipated availability of $220,349 in intervention and prevention funds for services to youth most at risk of court involvement beginning July 1, 2022. JCPC funds require a local cash or in-kind match of 30%.
*The Juvenile Crime Prevention Council may recommend certain programs for one or two-year funding awards dependent upon program performance, compliance with JCPC policy and the availability of state JCPC allocation funds. Based on the JCPC planning process conducted to date, the continuum of program services and structures needed in this county have been identified to be the following:
- Teen Court
- Restorative Justice
- Parent/Family Skill Building
- Interpersonal Skill Building
- Tutoring/Academic Enhancement
- Vocational Skills
- Mediation/Conflict Resolution
- Restitution/Community Service
- Assessment Services: Clinical Psychological, Substance Abuse, Sex Offender Specific Mental Health Counseling, Home Based Family Counseling/Treatment, Sex Offender Specific Treatment

After submitting the application electronically, print and submit hard copies as indicated below. Private non-profits are also required to submit No Overdue tax forms. Conflict of Interest Statements, and proof of 501(c)(3) status.
Any Program not previously funded by the Lincoln County JCPC MUST attend a new applicant orientation. To set up an orientation, please contact Jane Crouse at 704-473-1503.
