Lincoln County Placeholder Image

The Lincoln County Health Department will offer open scheduling for first dose COVID-19 vaccines to individuals age 18+ in Groups 1-5 (Priority Groups) next week. Appointments will be scheduled April 7th-April 9th. A night clinic will be offered on Wednesday, April 7th from 4:30 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. and day clinics will be offered Thursday, April 8th and Friday April 9th from 8:15-4:00p.m. As vaccine supply continues to remain low, there will be a limited number of appointments made available.

The health department will use an online appointment system for the Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday slots for appointments next week. Anyone with an appointment will be asked to bring in a print out of their appointment confirmation or proper identification. For people in the eligible priority group that do not have the means for online scheduling, the health department will reserve an allocation that can be made by phone at 704-479-2206.

The appointment slots will be made available online Thursday, April 1st at 9am EST. The vaccine appointment link can be found at under “Schedule an Appointment-Health Department-Lincolnton.” The health department will provide additional opportunities for open scheduling of appointments as vaccine supply allows.
