Description:
Lincoln County is requesting that qualified firms and organizations submit a Statement of Qualifications to provide professional engineering and surveying services in the following areas:
On-Call Geotechnical Engineering
On-Call Solid Waste Engineering
On-Call Surveying
On-Call Utility Engineering
Submittal information, scope of services, statement of qualifications content, selection process, and general terms and conditions are summarized in this request for qualifications available under Related Documents. Firms are not required to submit for all services requested and may only submit for services the firm is licensed and registered to perform.

A firm will not be considered unless the following minimum requirements are met:
Firm must be properly registered with the Office of the Secretary of State of North Carolina, if applicable; and
Firm must be properly registered with the North Carolina Board of Examiners for Engineers and Surveyors.

Due Date
Statements of qualifications shall be submitted no later than 5:00 PM on Tuesday, July 16, 2019.

Submit information in a sealed package clearly marked on the outermost package with the following:

Provide two (2) hard-copies and one (1) electronic copy, on a flash drive, of the statements of qualifications. Respondents shall provide responses in a single bound volume. Respondents are encouraged to be mindful of the environment and prepare responses economically and simply. Double sided printing is required. Responses shall be limited to six (6) sheets total including a cover letter, cover, and separation pages or tabs. Firms should submit at package for each service as listed, if applicable. Multiple submissions may be submitted in the same envelope. Example: If a firm is submitting for Geotechnical and Solid Waste, the firm will provide a six (6) sheet package for each. 

All questions, clarifications, discrepancy in, or omissions and interpretation concerning this request for qualifications shall be submitted in writing no later than 5:00 PM, Tuesday, July 2, 2019 by email, to .  The County will issue addenda in response to questions and to provide clarifications before 5:00 pm, Wednesday, July 3, 2019.  No contact shall be made with County personnel other than the contact listed above for Questions, Clarifications, and Interpretation.  The County will not be responsible for any oral representations or instructions.
