Non-Discrimination Policy


In accordance with Federal law, U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) policies and U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) policies, Lincoln County is prohibited from discrimination on the basis of race, color, national origin, disability, religion, age, sex/gender, sexual orientation, gender identity and expression, marital status, veteran status, or source of income in the administration of its programs or activities, as required by applicable laws and regulations, more specifically 40 C.F.R. Parts 5 and 7, including Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, as amended; Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973; the Age Discrimination Act of 1975, and Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972, and all other applicable laws.
