Lincoln County Public Works has prepared a design manual to improve efficiency in the design and permitting of water and wastewater projects within the Lincoln County service area. The manual went into effect January 1, 2014.
Please be advised that the Lincoln County Public Works Design Manual has been updated as of July 1, 2019.
The standards set forth in the design manual are intended to provide a basis for design and construction of potable water and sanitary sewer. Any variation from the standards must be submitted in writing and be approved by Lincoln County Public Works prior to construction. The requirements are applicable in all cases where the facilities to be constructed are owned and maintained by Lincoln County Public Works.
