The Human Resources Department promotes the County as an employer to employees and the applicant market.
The goal of the department is to assist all County employees, applicants, and citizens in meeting the needs of the citizens of Lincoln County by providing a stable, drug free and competitively compensated workforce through sound personnel practices and by maintaining compliance with Local, State, and Federal laws.
