To help ensure the safety, integrity, value and measured development of real property within Lincoln County by the accurate, efficient and timely issuance of permits; by judicious and consistent enforcement of state building codes and local land use ordinances; by creating and maintaining a cooperative, open relationship with the citizens, land use professionals and builders in Lincoln County; and by working interactively with local agencies, the governing authority and our sibling departments within the county government.
